Join an SBA listserv and talk with individuals from around the world who are living with spina bifida.

SB Parents ListServ
The SB Parents Listserv is for any parent of a child who has spina bifida.  Use the SB Parents list to exchange ideas, resources, debate, and have some great discussions.

Youth and Adult Alliance (YAA) ListServ
The YAA is a link for adults with spina bifida, young and old, to communicate with each other about a wide range of issues of common interest.

Adult Informational Support Groups Available

The National Spinal Cord Injury Association Connecticut Chapter has extended an invitation to our members to participate with them in these support groups. The meetings are held in 5 locations around the state and feature different topics or speakers. Since individuals with spina bifida and spinal cord injury have many of the same needs these groups can be a great asset for support, resources and networking.
